Dave not only does excellent work but he also has great communication skills and customer service. You will never go wrong with Paradigm. He has replaced our breaker box in the basement, the unit outside, all the ceiling fans and upgraded all our outlets in the house. A+ work!

I was hesitant at first because I've been ripped off a lot when it comes to electrical work and a few other trades. Literally the best electrician I've ever hired in my life. Very detailed about explaining what needs to be done. Very professional and showed up on time and very friendly to not only the people in my house but also the pets. The electrical work in my house was an absolute mess and he made it look a thousand times better and professional and organized .I have recommended all of my friends and family to this company. I can't tell you how many times I've hired people and got ripped off or lazy, horrible work. I'm very thankful and happy that I found this company. Don't look any further for any electrician or electrical work, right here is your answer. Take it from someone who's lost a lot of money hiring the wrong people. Don't make those same mistakes I did and hire this company to do all of your electrical work residential or commercial. You won't regret it.

David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out issues and repairing them. There was a minor issue with tracking water/dirt into the house (certainly an issue in OH in winter) and David offered to have it cleaned. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend Paradigm and David!

Extremely professional, he was on time, everything was explained in detail, and the pricing was in line for the work that needed to be done. I am very impressed with the service that I received from beginning to end. I would call them again for any further work. I would also definitely recommend them to anyone!!! 5 STAR rating in my book for sure!!! Keep up the good work 😊.
